Ricky Boudreaux, is the founder of Novus Industrial Supply, a venture born out of nearly four decades of experience in the industrial supply realm. In November 2015, an opportunity led Ricky to embark on the journey of opening Novus, marking a significant chapter in his life.

Ricky's expertise spans various industrial landscapes, including salt mines, food processing plants, sugar cane processing operations, and oil field activities. However, his knowledge truly shines when it comes to the intricate workings of the rice industry. He grew up in Crowley, Louisiana, deemed the rice capital of the world, Ricky's roots in the rice business run deep.

His familial connection to the industry adds a personal touch to Novus's story. Ricky's father, a rice mill owner and broker, provided the foundation for Ricky's lifelong engagement with rice. As a teenager, Ricky got his hands dirty cleaning the pit - a rite of passage in the rice business that leaves a lasting memory for those who undergo it.

Growing up surrounded by the heartbeat of the rice industry instills in Ricky a profound sense of pride. It's this pride that fuels Novus Industrial Supply's mission to support and assist rice producers in the manufacturing process, recognizing the economic impact and significance of rice in the vibrant landscape of southern Louisiana. In September 2022, a new chapter unfolded as Bryan Boudreaux, Ricky's son, stepped into Novus. Bryan's decision to join came during a challenging time, as Ricky awaited a heart transplant in the hospital. Drawing from his background in the medical field and photography, Bryan brought a fresh perspective to the company. Having owned, operated, and worked for other businesses, Bryan understands the evolving needs of customers in today's smartphone-driven era.

His unique insights into customer relations and modern business practices have enhanced Novus' approach, bridging the gap between tradition and innovation. Bryan's commitment to the company underscores Novus's dedication to adaptability and growth in an ever-changing landscape.
